Our bespoke service begins with a private consultation with one of our jewellery professionals. An open discussion, sharing ideas and pictures you may have.

If there are any requirements for diamonds or gemstones, our gemologist will then advise and help you choose the best stones for your dream jewellery. For more information please see our How to Buy section.

Taking on your ideas and budget, we will discuss the range of possibilities and produce some drawings using state of the art imaging software.

Once you are fully satisfied with the design we will produce a comprehensive brief complete with a quotation and a timeline for production.

It’s now time to turn your ideas into reality!

Our master jeweller will then begin the process of making your very own, unique piece of jewellery.

Quality control checks are made at every stage of production ensuring we deliver the finest jewellery to the highest of standards.
